Over my career I have heard many phrases that drive me crazy.
As a discussion topic, people have used Mount Rushmore to help them determine the top four things from a certain category.
It might be the Mount Rushmore of all-time NFL quarterbacks, industry icons, NBA legends, etc.
My top four are:
· “Not my job”
· “That is always the way we have done it”
· “I can’t”
· “It is too hard to change”
